I'm a Learning Strategy and Knowledge Design specialist with a background in Education and Communication. For over ten years, I have been designing experiences, programs, and products that connect learning, knowledge, and technology to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

I believe that learning is a social and continuous process. That's why I'm interested in how organizations create and share knowledge — especially in a context where artificial intelligence is transforming the way we access information, build knowledge, and make sense of the world.

My focus is on designing people-centered learning ecosystems where AI amplifies human capabilities without replacing judgment, collaboration, or lived experience. I'm especially interested in building systems that allow knowledge to flow, expertise to be shared, and learning to happen continuously.

I currently work as a Senior Analyst at Mercado Libre, designing learning and artificial intelligence strategies within the Culture and Experience team. Previously, I led Knowledge Management initiatives at IT & Product Academy, helping to structure, share, and make technical knowledge accessible to technology audiences.

At Chicos.net, I designed educational content and projects on digital citizenship and artificial intelligence for students and teachers in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and Mexico, in partnership with organizations such as Disney and Plan Ceibal.

For five years, I served as a Digital Pedagogical Advisor in public schools in the City of Buenos Aires, supporting technology integration processes. My first steps in education were as a classroom teacher at Enseñá por Argentina, a member organization of the Teach For All network. My path through education, the public sector, civil society organizations, and the technology industry gave me a cross-sector perspective on how people learn, how knowledge circulates, and how to design environments that strengthen both processes.

I'm particularly drawn to one question:

How do we design organizations where artificial intelligence amplifies human capabilities without replacing critical thinking, collaboration, or continuous learning?

Coordinator of the CRECIENDO Program

Coordinated the provincial CRECIENDO program on Comprehensive Sex Education, aimed at strengthening teaching practices in state primary schools in the Province of Buenos Aires.

The work included designing instructional materials, coordinating implementation strategies, and training teachers. The initiative reached 180,000 students, 4,252 schools, and 360 teachers.
